This is for my daughter's guidance counselor. Kate was ranked # 11 in her class. She missed the "Top 10" by such a small fraction of a point. She was very upset. Her guidance counselor made her a big chocolate cake and let her invite down 10 friends to share it with her during advisory. Talk about a teacher going above and beyond!
That was a great and thoughtful thing that the Guidance Counselor did. She will remember that forever.
